A Little bit aBOUT ME
Hey, I’m Zlattie, and if you’ve ever felt stuck in your fitness journey—frustrated, second-guessing everything, caught in the cycle of under eating, overeating, and feeling like nothing is working—I see you. Because I’ve been there too.
For years, I struggled with my relationship with food and my body. I thought I had to eat less to look better, push harder to be worthy, and punish myself for not being “perfect.” I know the exhaustion of constantly trying, the disappointment of not seeing results, and the emotional toll of feeling like you’re never doing enough.
But I also know what it feels like to break free. To finally nourish my body, train in a way that makes me feel strong, and build a mindset that keeps me going. I’m now a competitive bikini athlete, but more importantly, I’m someone who has found peace with food, fitness, and myself. And that’s exactly what I want for YOU!
With my background in psychology and years of experience in fitness, I help women like you move past the frustration, train with purpose, and finally see the results they’ve been working for.

Zlattie has been an absolute star! I have had support all along my journey, from sending bideos to correct form and nutrition wise.
